TIP: The Google Translate App is a great tool to have in your back pocket when you're traveling — it can translate printed text without you even having to type it in to your phone! For example, if you're looking at a German menu, you can use the app to scan the menu page and it will translate each word instantly. It's hard to explain, check out this video to see it in action.

We hope you'll find these German phrases helpful at glasstec 2018 and while you're out exploring the beautiful city of Düsseldorf. If you'd like to practice your German on us, head to stand A53 in Hall 10 — look for the giant owl, you can't miss it!
